Bob's answer to getting a maximum number of flights for the
 Ringmaster Fly-a-thon.   A 5/8" x 5/8" x 2" brass tank with a
capacity of 7.5 laps.  That's going to keep the pit crew busy
with a pit stop every 35 to 40 seconds.
