The Mark of The Beast

Here is Lyal Cameron's yet to be flown Corflute wing. Similar to Owen's. Owen's wing now flys very well after adjusting the C of G. I like the use of the Eclipse mints tin for a fuel tank. I use them too. They solder up very well. Power is by an AP .15

Another Bi-Slob

Owen Cameron sent in these photos of his latest work in progress.

(We would love to see photos of other people's models either under construction or complete to give us some variety. It doesn't matter what they are as long as they are Control Line photos. Don't be shy. Send 'em in.)
Please email your photos to johnmoody@westnet.com.au.

Hi   John
I got bored this arvo and decided to start my Bi-Slob
How do you think I'm going. (started at 2.00 and came inside at 8.30)
Need to cut some engine bearers and make up a bellcrank

Went Flyin' Again...

We had a welcome visitor today - Craig Maxfield with his R/C drone. Now, I normally don't post R/C stuff on the blog , but in this case I'll make an exception. Craig's quad copter was fitted with a GoPro video camera and he took some clips of us flying.

You can see them here.

Craig flying with his video goggles (or whatever you call them).
It's like sitting in the pilot's seat.

I gave my new (rebuilt) Ezy 25 a couple of flights. It flys much better than the old one. The inboard Dubro klunk tank setup gave me some tuning problems but apart from that, very nice to fly.
